"This is my second Uniwig Topper. My first was the Yaki hair which I love because of the bigness and density. It is also closest in appearance to my natural hair's texture. For a change up, I ordered the 5X5 Straight Brazilian Remy. I. Am. In. Love. With. This. Hair! It looks so natural. The photo on the left shows how well the closure blends in with my bio hair. The photo on the right shows me wearing a headband for a bit of lift and a different look.
At 61 years old, my toppers from Uniwigs makes me feel so much younger and gives me confidence. Until you've suffered hairloss, you don't know how devastating and crippling it can be. Unwigs, thank you! I've written about you on my blog (atypical60) and will continue to write about you.
The quality is great and although this piece is not as dense as the yaki, it still covers all the bald spots.

"I am 31 years old and have been dealing with alopecia since I was 26. It has been a constant daily struggle to hide my scalp. I have tried volumizing shampoos, oils and creams, overnight treatments, rogaine, dry shampoos, thickening solutions and all have ultimately failed. I use a lot of scalp tinting using sprays or dark brown eye shadow to cover areas that my scalp shows. Headbands are almost my daily solution. I found Uniwigs and watched dozens and dozens of videos on how easy and natural it looks. I have finally found my solution. I wore it for the first time in public and was super anxious and worried people would notice I had a wig on. But you know what? I DO NOT CARE! A head with fake hair is a million times better than a head with no hair. I feel more confident and that alone is worth more than anything.
